A perplexing texture

This was one that I discovered whist at Tesco, having never previously encountered it (not sure if it is sold in England). It's nice to get a range of supermarket own brands, as well as family run daries. Grahams family dairy is based in Bridge of Allan (an awesome name) in Sterling. It was started in 1939 and still continues today on the original site. I will confess that I am writing this review some months after having initially tried it so I apologise if I don't do it justice here. Even if I am less keen on a cottage cheese I think it is important to support family businesses, so it's always nice to have a family dairy cottage cheese, rather than a mass produced supermarket own brand. The most surprising thing for me about this one was the texture. Usually cottasge cheese will be either liquidy with big, soft curds, or dryer, with small, harder curds. Grahams had hard curds in liquid. I wasn't a huge fan of this. The taste, smell, and everything else was pretty standard- with nothing much to complain about, though nothing much to write home about either.
